Dr. Amy Abelar is a Doctor of Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine who is passionate about helping patients find relief from conditions they were told they would simply have to live with. She believes that while many health concerns are common, they are not always normal, and that identifying the root cause is key to creating lasting improvements in health.

Amy earned her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2019, completing her internship with a fertility acupuncture specialist, where she developed a passion for women’s reproductive health and fertility care. She later earned her Doctorate of Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine to better integrate evidence-informed Eastern and Western approaches to patient care.

Before becoming an acupuncturist, Amy practiced as a licensed massage therapist for 14 years, giving her a strong understanding of anatomy, pain, and the human body.
